Our traditional race that occurs on a special Sunday of Oktoberfest! Wieners from all over have trained for months to participate. These athletes enter the brewery ready to bring home the glory. Though… why do mom & dad get to drink while the pup has to sprint?? We’ll need to talk to management about this.

In consideration of being permitted to enter my pet in this event, I agree to release and discharge Schulz Bräu Brewing Company, its officers, members, sponsors, volunteers, or other representatives or their successors and assigns of any and all liabilities or any injuries or damages of any kind whatsoever claimed or suffered by me or my pet associated with my participation in the event, including but limited to, all actions and causes of action, bonds, covenants, contracts, agreements, judgments, costs, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity, known or unknown for. This release shall constitute a binding obligation upon me, my legal representatives, heirs, successors, and assigns. I further attest that my pet is physically fit and is sufficiently capable of participating in this event. I hereby irrevocably consent to and authorize the use, edification and reproduction by Schulz Bräu Brewing Company, or anyone authorized by Schulz Bräu Brewing Company of any and all written or printed material and all photographs taken of me, my pet(s), my property, my art, negative or positive, pictures, prints or video which I have given to Schulz Bräu Brewing Company on this day for any purpose whatsoever, without compensation to me. All written or printed material, all negatives and positives, together with the prints, pictures or video shall constitute as Schulz Bräu Brewing Companys property, solely and completely.

Vaccination

All dogs must have current rabies vaccination. Two people per dog must be available for the races.

Agreement

I accept, practice, and will adhere to the above agreements throughout the duration of the event described.
